My pal Mark Bialczak is currently experiencing some static regarding footwear/sock combinations. If you’re a regular around here you know that I go a little shoe crazy at times with the lens. I posted this shot:

I could go on, and on, and on. My name is Sandra and I’m a shoe pirate.
Yesterday I hippity hopped across our lawn with Oliva in tow delivering a basket of goodies to a neighbor. On our return again through our lawn I regretted my choice of footwear as I flipped and the Godzilla of bees flopped between my foot and the sole of my sandal. “Mommy, what does son of a b*@#$ mean?”
The moral of the story:
1) Socks and sandals might have prevented this unfortunate most painful experience.
2) The easter bunny has a potty mouth.

I read it Godzilla of “beers,” and had a visual of you dropping a 40 of malt liquor on your foot. But bees are much worse. I have melissophobia: fear of beers and wasps. Also, these pics look like they should be on the WordPress site “toemailers.” They love feet and shoe shots. And not in a creepy way…

Hahaha! You thirsty Kerbey? I wish it was a 40 but no unfortunately it was the mothra of bees. Have any suggestions on relieving the sting? Maybe I should try a 40? The pain woke me up at 2am. Stupid bee.

I’m no help here. Last year I got stung by a wasp on my arm and it swelled up and turned red for two weeks. I was even prettier than usual. Things that sting are the devil.

Ooh that is horrible. I’ve been stung by bees three times in my life – once when merrily walking barefoot across grass. I still go barefoot but I look where I’m treading!

Know of any home remedies for the discomfort? The sting is still hanging on.

I got some cream from the Chemist! No home remedies I’m afraid – sorry. Hope the sting goes away soon.
