Poppies in the Wind

It was a strange day. Sunshine, wind, and rain. Managed to get out before the rainfall though. I hope you’re all doing well!

  1. It’s always a good day when you can get a few pics before it starts to rain. You did a good job getting these nice and crsip, Sandra. The wind is a pain when you want to take photos of flowers. It blows them in and out of focus. Enjoy your Saturday! Take care.

    1. My daughter has taken an interest in making pictures lately too. She was getting so frustrated with the wind. It’s fun to share a hobby with her though. I hope she keeps at it. Hope you are having a great weekend Chris!

    1. Ha! I remember that scene, “Now my beauties. Something with poi-son in it I think. With poison in it. But attractive to the eye and soothing to the smell. Ha-ha-ha-ha. Poppies. Poppies. Poppies will put them to sleep. Sle-ee-p. Now they’ll sle-ee-p.” That witch always freaked me out! I remember feeling so scared when I first saw it.

      1. I looked up the quote, couldn’t remember it verbatim. But yeah, just reading it brought her voice back to me too! Such a great performance! Thanks for reminding me! Take care Kerbey ❤
