What Peace Looks Like

    I don’t know if you’ve seen the Koi Pond at the Best Western Seacliff Inn in Aptos, but it’s pretty impressive, and, yes, very tranquil.

    Those are some big, peaceful koi, sis. Around here we call them carp. Far less serenity in our name, I think. This is a fantastic shot, mi hermanita. Hope all is well out west. ❤
